In a spinoff of the successful series Just Add Magic, we follow the magic cookbook to Bay City as it moves to three new protectors: step-siblings Zoe and Leo, and their downstairs neighbor Ish. Each of the three brings a unique skill to the table, as the cookbook unlocks a centuries-old mystery that takes them on an historical adventure through the city streets in a race to find a secret recipe.

The protectors cook a super-hearing spell in order to hear what song a silent music box is playing.

Zoe, Ish, and Leo pretend to be adults for the day to obtain information about the Wessons and Zoe's dad.

The trio cooks up a magic recipe that allows them to see into the future in order to stay one step ahead of the Wessons.

Everything turns to black and white while the protectors find out what the three magic coins are for.
